Delivery Areas
SHG Flowers offers delivery services within the following areas:
Jonesboro, Ga and 20 miles ratios

Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Orders placed by 12:00 midday in the recipient’s time zone will be delivered the same day. Orders received after 12:00 midday will be delivered the following business day.
Express Delivery: For an additional fee, express delivery may be available. Please contact us for details and availability.
Special Occasions and Holidays: During peak times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery times may vary. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Fees
Standard delivery fees apply to all orders. Additional charges may apply for express delivery, deliveries outside our standard delivery areas, or special handling requests.
Custom Orders
For all custom orders, please allow a minimum of 24 - 36 hours' notice and provide a 50% deposit. This ensures we have sufficient time to create and deliver your unique arrangement.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or changes needed.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a notification via email or text message. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will leave the arrangement in a secure location and notify you of its whereabouts.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may incur a cancellation fee.
Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes may not be possible if the order is already in process.
Non-Delivery Areas
If we are unable to deliver to the specified address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution. In cases where delivery is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule the delivery or issue a refund.
